WEAR I AM: 5 THINGS I’M LOVING RIGHT NOW, VOL. 2

wear-i-am-5-things-im-loving-right-now-vol-2

You know how when you stumble upon something cool and new, you immediately text all of your friends to say “OMG, we have to go here!” or “You have to try to this blablabla. You are going to lose your mind. It’s life changing!”

This is like that. But in blog form. Read on to learn what I’m majorly crushing on right now (and for Vol. 1, click here).

Sweatshirt c/o Peach

1. Peach Activewear

Founded on the simple idea that a lifestyle brand could help women elevate their everyday, Peach designs contemporary fashion for gym, work and play. As one of their brand ambassadors, I absolutely love their product assortment (DISCLAIMER: I’m pretty much living in this gray short-sleeve hoodie right now and their leggings/yoga pants are often reversible and SO comfy!), but what I love most about this brand is their give-back attitude. Every season, Peach showcases two to three under-discovered, female-founded accessory brands, giving them a stage for national exposure. And who doesn’t love a good underdog story? Polishes c/o Dermelect

2. Dermelect Downtown Femme Collection

Fun fact: I used to live in New York City. On 35th and 5th, to be exact. So when I found that Dermelect’s new Downtown Femme Summer 2018 collection was inspired by NYC’s eclectic neighborhoods- a compelling mix of strength and beauty exemplified by the bold attitude of New Yorkers- my dreams were made. This 6 shade collection launched June 1st at Ulta.com, boasting hues titled after all my favorite Big Apple ‘hoods- Ansonia, Bowery, Chelsea, Nolita, Sugar Hill and Tribeca. The richly pigmented formulas contain Dermelect’s signature Keratin treatment peptide that works to strengthen nails and extend the longevity of your manicure. In short, they nailed it. For more information, visit Ulta.com or Dermelect.com.

Cans c/o Willie’s Super Brew

3. Willie’s Superbrew Spiked Summer Sips

Formerly Farmer Willie’s Craft Ginger Beer, let me introduce you to Willie’s Superbrew- a mix between a hard cider and a spiked seltzer, a first of its kind, and every bit as good as you could imagine. Using real, simple ingredients- as in recognizable and easy to pronounce- one can of Willie’s Superbrew is only 120 calories and under 9 grams of sugar. With two new flavors including Ginger & Lemon Superbrew (which contains turmeric for you foodies) and Sparkling Pomegranate & Acai Superbrew, Willie’s is committed to changing the alcohol beverage game. Each year, Willie’s Superbrew donates 3% of profits to a cause chosen by their fans (to cast your vote for this year’s cause click here). Real ingredients and a real difference. Bottoms up!

4. The Inspired Home Journal Creating Moments to Connect

Once in a blue moon you stumble upon a magazine that makes you want to crawl inside and live there. This is one such magazine. With the recent launch of their very first issue, The Inspired Home’s mission is to “inspire, inform and encourage you to make your house into a home, lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle and to create moments to celebrate and connect with your friends and family.” Available at Whole Foods, I strongly suggest you pick a copy up for yourself, whip up a recipe you find inside, and then invite me over for dinner. Please and thank you!
